Account Creation and Use

To use the app, you need to create an account with a valid Apple ID. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy and the app’s Terms of Use.

Photo card Images and Idol Pictures Usage

In K-Collection, we’re dedicated to giving K-pop fans a way to track and enjoy their photocard collections. We’ve carefully selected images that we believe are free from copyright restrictions to use in the app. If any image belongs to you and is being used without permission, please reach out to us at [support@K-Collect.com] so we can review and promptly remove the image, if needed. The images are provided solely for personal collection tracking and enjoyment within the app. We do not own these images and are not responsible for how users may choose to use or share them. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or issues arising from image use.

Virtual Items Usage (Cupcakes, Roses and Stars usage)

Please note that virtual items (cupcakes, roses and stars) sent within the app are purely virtual and do not have any real-world implications and They are intended for in-app fun and are not intended to be physical gifts or have any monetary value.

Subscription

You can choose to subscribe to a premium subscription to support the ongoing development of the app. Subscriptions are billed periodically (according to the plan you have purchased). you can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store settings.

Content Guidelines

By using our app, you agree to adhere to the following content guidelines when creating or uploading profile pictures, display names, or any other user-generated content:

2. Respectful Usernames and Display Names:

• Usernames and display names must not include offensive, suggestive, or inappropriate language.

• Impersonation of other users, public figures, or entities is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to review, remove, or moderate content that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

• Users can report inappropriate content using the support email. All reports will be reviewed promptly.
